They are not reachable & Have a standard/Auto reply that the tower servicing you is offline!! understandable But it can go on for days...

1. The Call Center is offline all three options aren't available OR they hang up calls 1.1 I have made 6 calls & they disconnect on the minute 11 or lately in 6 minutes while you listen to their sing (inconsiderate) 2. I have not had a connection since Friday, they're aware according to their recorded message 3. 24 -48 hours should be understandable given that everything needs to be serviced from time to time but this particular tower is serviced every month and literally have to scream to get back online

I am so annoyed by their service as soon as I get an alternative... I am leaving
