They are lucky I'm giving them a 2 and not a 1. My services are still not reconnected after the consultant said she's reconnected my services while I was on a call with her 3 minutes ago. I am still waiting for a call from the accounts/billing department from July 2024. I've been happy with Rain's service and now they drop the ball. I'm very disappointed honestly!!!
