They are deducting money from account without my consent!

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I bought a rain simcard from Takealot and having customer service issues on their website. After activating the simcard (which I haven't used), Rain then decides to start deducted money from account. I NEVER signed ANY agreement!! Now, customer service is non-existent - They take forever to get back to you. I will be telling EVERYONE on my social media, friends, family, and colleagues to NOT USE Rain until someone from the company cancels my subscription and returns my money!!!!
