They are charging me more than i never asked for

I suppose to pay R265 per month, where is this R1558,138 come from, and you are busy trying to debit it on my bank account why are you doing this.

I didn't increase anything I don't know how to that,you are the one who registered me and you are the one who knows how to increase or decrease now you blame me for something i didn't do or know about.
I registered via the phone with someone and said to him I want the one fo R265 he said ok and he told me to pay and he already sent a link for me to pay and i did that,I don't know what are you talking about, i didn't select anything via to the rain dashboard he didn't mention anything to me about the dashboard, now it's R3315 I'm not even using it how come, anyway you should fix it
because I am unemployed that is why I ask for the one that cost R265,I won't be able to pay that kind of money because I am not working don't try to deduct it on my account because you won't find anything.Just fix your mistake or the person who I spoke to on the phone that day I register should be held responsible not me. I only owe you R265 for last month only.

After you tell me that I change some things and I'm the one who is responsible for that,now you want me to pay for something i don't know and understand.Where is the person who registered me that day,as your calls are recorded.I think i will need legal advice in this because clearly I don't understand or i don't know anything.
