I have been trying to connect my new rain sim card to my router since 19 May 2021 and have sent them more tha 12 requests for a solution. They come back with the same answer and whatever they say I must do I did and I still don't have internet access. It is 3 days later

23 May 2021, 14:10I am so happy and also impressed with the quick and excellent response from the rain network consultant who solved my problem and understood why I was disappointed in the previous consultants help. My rain is up and running and working like a rocket on the way to the moon.
