These stars are for Zintle from Rain Support.. Very helpful and professional and very patiently listened to me ranting away (still) because my connection issues are STILL not sorted out.. STILL no feedback on the escalations.. STILL nobody bothers to call back/follow up to find out if anything has been done or if the problem got sorted out.. Zintle promised to escalate the issue ONCE MORE.. Thank you for that.. Maybe THIS TIME the paying customer will find some assistance from someone with authority to MAKE things happen. Zintle..
