These mother ****ers won't activate my wifi account

ever since I complained about rain, no one has bothered to get back to me, the service here is worse than pathetic it just not there at all.

They still won't activate my account what the **** is wrong with these mother ****ers like seriously, if it wasn't for my wife I would just cancel our second 5g router, I am paying these ****ers for 2 R699 packages for both my homes but they are really failing me,
