These company I'd not taking us serious

These company I'd not taking us serious. I have ordered a sim swap for one of my numbers I did the request online and they confirmed delivery in the next 3days it's now day number 6 nothing has happened. On a serious note we are paying for lack of service and no customer service at all. When you call them you hold forever cause they are forever having high number of call.
