There is no such thing as month-to-month at Rain. It is a ****.

Rain purports to be a month-to-month service, which should mean that if there is no payment in a month, the service should be suspended. This is not what happened to us.

The credit card to which the Rain payment was linked, expired in December 2022. This means that the automated payment for December 2022 could not be processed. Despite this, Rain continued to provide services and continued to bill.

This means that they are running the service as contract without a duly completed contract. Once we realised the problem with the card, we contacted them to try and cancel the service, and now cannot cancel because there is an outstanding amount, and they will just keep on billing as if we signed a contract.
