There is a promotion running at present where you get 2 modems on premium 5G package for R999 per month. Rain sent only 1 modem and nobody can assist via email or phone. The service is diabolical. Fortunately I found Muhammad Makgotlho via Facebook Messenger who has been kind, polite, good humoured and hopefully efficient. I looks like the 2nd modem will be sent soon. I feel sorry for the staff as they must have to deal with terrible abuse as a result of workflow failures at Rain. Get better Rain.
