There is a agent called Aphelele, inexperienced and doesn’t know what he is doing

There is a agent called Aphelele, inexperienced and doesn’t know what he is doing. I called in after holding for a good 7 minutes. I needed to change my payment date, he makes me hold for a while as if he is checking something on the computer. After a few seconds, he gets back on the line to say ‘ I don’t understand what’s happening here with your payment date, however I have changed it to the 1st’. So I ordinarily trust him because im trusting the fact that he works there. To my surprise, when I check my account, the payment date is still the 25th and I called in weeks prior. Now when I call again to check what’s going on, they tell me I can’t change because its too late. And the lady I speak to now defends him and says her manager is going to call me to lodge a complaint. Nothing of that sort happened. ******* service with some of these agents !!!!!!!!
