There ain't no sunshine when you're linked to RAIN!

Mossel Bay is sporting amazing RAIN Billboards, and oh my goodness, I was over the moon as we used RAIN before relocating and were gutted that we had to change network suppliers. As our contract ran to an end with a reasonable service provider (compared to the service we are receiving now) we decided to once again support RAIN.

The 5G router arrived and the excitement in our home was similar to Christmas morning! The first evening was incredible and since then it has been an absolute nightmare. Emails (including screenshot), phone calls and endless unproductive hours, that are currently costing us money due to not being able to deliver on our promises to clients, for 2 online companies due to lack of network. Emails go unanswered and calls are not always returned as promised. The people we speak to have endless excuses as to why we cannot connect! They cannot even name the closest 'tower', they can tell us that the one is near a coffee shop in town and the other is in KwaNonqaba. On the speed tests, the closest signal is from Gaansbaai, alternatively the choices are Cape Town, Paarl or Swellendam to name a few.

Would I recommend RAIN? Clearly not! Does RAIN care? Clearly not!

PS They do not respond to emails to customer support email address OR use the alternative number supp**** on emails to follow up on complaints.
