Theives taking people's money in exchange for putrid service.

If i could give 0 stars i would! This is the worst ISP. Please refrain from using them as you will be paying for a service that you will never receive! I have been having problem with rain since the get go, when i queried this i was initially advised that i would not pay full that month only to find out now when im finally fed up of the bad service that that was never case. I cancelled my service today which is the 18th and note my payment date is the 1st. I was advise that they cannot refund me for the days left but they will however credit the rain account meaning that they will basically be refunding themselves for a service that tgey did not deliver on. I will not recommend them to any1 they are *******.
