Their support service is very bad, and I would not recommend using them due to this. I wanted to cancel my 2 modems in January. I phoned them and asked them to cancel it. They told me to cancel it on the website. The one modem I could cancel, the other one gave an error. I phoned them back, and they said they would cancel it from their side. Since then, it has not been canceled, and they have been debiting my account ever since. I have had multiple phone calls with them, and all they can say is that they will escalate the matter. Nothing has happened yet.
