Their customer service sucks

Their customer service sucks.i received an email from rain on the 18th of December informing me that my account will be debited on the 30th or the 2nd and I rep**** that they must debit on the 2nd because they gave me the option to choose.now they are busy debiting and causing me unnecessary bank charges,I called them in the morning and they promised to sort that and revert back to me but instead they are sending smses to remind me to pay.my experience with them is not pleasant at all.
