Their customer care experience is bad
Their customer care experience is bad. I was charged double my monthly fee told I owe money for July but on my bank statement it shows the money was deducted. When I enquire about this I am not getting any assistance on their Whatsapp chat bot and when I call their customer care line it doesn't go through
