THEFT

I recently setup a promise to pay, I also paid it in full today. On the 26th I requested that my debit order be moved to the 1st. Now you are deducting a double take on my funds, I have tried endlessly to contact you and you are yet to resolve this issue. My next installment is only due 1 February 2027 !!!!!! NOT 1 JAN 2027 !!!! FIX IT NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or I go to the authorities and declare official theft !!!!
