So after 5days Rain now tells me I still owe money after multiple emails WhatsApp and the fact that they admit my payments are not reflecting but proof was send. They tell me my monthly amount is R649 when I signed up last year with the R625 deal. No emails to inform of increase or anything. This matter has also been addressed last month. They are response for my bank account being in arrears and yet no one is calling to resolve the matter. Still debiting due to different amounts for subscription
