We recently bought the Rain 5G package and when it arrived it did not have internet after I tried restarting and literally just failing at all my attempts, so I called their support and spoke to a lady called Nokwanda Mdlalose.

She was theeeee nicest consultant ever she patiently guided me what I needed to do and even made me feel less of a dock than I felt. I laughed through out the call. The best was when she went an extra mile for me and checked my connectivity “strength” and she located the nearest tower for me which is something I did not have a clue off.
