The worst Internet service provider ever!!!

I pay my subscription every month, without fail and they want to double bill me. I even changed my payment date to accommodate their stupid system, and still, they want to double bill me. They only reason why they fail to double bill me is because I use a different card for their payments, so I always put the exact amount. They're always blaming me for not making payments, when their AI system can literally pull up a history of all my payments and even apologise for the error in their system. This is a stupid, overpriced, slow connectivity company. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. And to think when I used their services 2019 - 2021, they never did this nonsense. But ever since they moved customer service to the Philippines, it's been nothing but a nightmare dealing with them. Very *********** and have no sense of understanding and urgency.

I'd be happy if this company closed down!!!
