the worst wifi provider you can get

Rains service very unprofessional. Im been trying for the last thew days getting them to call me back for debit orders on my bank account that went of that was 3000 rand. On my very first phone call when they actually answered my phone calls i asked the lady if i will not be able to pay will they cut my wifi and her answer to me was yes sir it wil be put off until i pay again. So on last weak Thursday i got a notification on my bank that rain **** three transaction on my account that led to +- R3000 that was taken out of my account. Ive been trying to get them to awnser but no service what so ever . as like today on 02 of April 2024 they took again 740 rand from me . This must be stopped and my money must be given back to me
