the worst service provider

Rain keep disappointing time and again ,i keep coming back here for help,and i get their attention for 2minutes and left me hanging with unresolved issue,i still have the same problem of double billed for the month of july and i keep getting unproffessional people i have sent proof of payment card number and so forth countless times i still dont have internet,my next step is ombudsman rain does not deserve to be sold to people at all
