The worst service I've ever had

2 weeks ago I ordered a new Loop device from Rain the device was delivered on the 22nd of October, the next day 23rd of October the device stopped working I contacted them immediately and they told me all sorts of stories I literally made hundreds of calls row them without any joy, on Tuesday this week my Loop device was uplifted by a courier company but no replacement now I don't have a device but I have a paid account, what more can I do I'm at my tethers end
