THE WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD!

How many times have I seen and heard that, I have become so tired of you pretending to have resolved the issue, adjusted my account only for you to allow me access for 1 day and the next day by 9am I have no internet, I have so much to say to rain but I will only say this take your internet.

If rain ever bothered to assist me then you would be able to access my statements and you would know I have no missed payments, not a single 1. But rain doesnt care so rain doesnt call, rain emails from a non response email and when you whatsapp you told rain will call you or go to the website.

Also dont forget that rain promised to adjust my account also confirmed they had adjusted my account so that from the month of October I would be paying the original amount and not the level up. That was 1 of the only 2 phone calls I have managed to speak to rain and i thought my issues had been resolved but no same issues hence I did not use the internet in October and December and January.

How do you debit an account twice in 1 day on the last day of the month and on the 1st day of the month expect to debit the same account so clearly I will always be over paying because I get charged 3 x in 2 days every single month, in December same story, November same story... No take your service I am done.

Still the worst service ever, still havent once received a call all that happens is that they reconnect for a day, disconnect for a couple of days and so on and so forth as if thats not enough, Rain still says I owe february month but actually rain has not credited my account as they should have and promised to all those months back instead they have been saying i owe them since 2023 and so i see that they are sticking to their story. ok so you debit my account for R486 x2 but I have a service for R559 which was permanently leveled up instead of levelling back down as requested so apparently I am billed R707 every month. I cannot seem to find sense in any of these 2 amounts except that I stopped using the services and requested that for a month in 2023, then I stopped using and requested that for December and January then i find myself being debited for strange amount twice on the 31st of January and the internet reactivated for 2 days only. So I have to endure rain giving me different balances and on and off service and then they will debit me whatever amount they feel like it maybe even 4 times at the end of the month. Take you goods I am in distress because of this service.

Its no wonder I have been given negative feedback everytime I ask anyone about their experience with Rain. All you have to do is go on google and there are so many bad reviews, I am adding mine to those, my BP rises everytime I think of the injustice from Rain and I have to ensure my account is empty or rain will continue debiting throughout the month which means I cant use my own bank account.

Oh My Gosh, I have been requesting a level down since the month of September and again in October up until now. Was I owing even then?!? You guys told me on the phone you would rectify and level down once I had paid, I paid, you even told me via email that my account had been adjusted way back in 2023. Every single month you take your payment and you dont level adjust but you say you have, I have also done it online through my. Rain is a ****! Take you router and your sims I am taking you to court! Thank God my phone recorded the phone calls, thank God you emailed me about the adjustment which you changed back a couple of days after. This needs to be taken up with the law because I refuse to have my account double debited every month and everyday after month end. I have rights and I have every right to get the service you promised me. If I request a certain product at a certain price and we agree why must I find out a few days later that you have gone back and re-adjusted, meaning I was never going to win to begin with. Please contact me with a date of collection so that I can arrange to be home for you to take your stuff because I cant do this back and forth everyday its exhausting. I want to be able to pay for the service I am receiving not like this.

I have to depend on data and my 3G card to have unlimited internet that I cant get from Rain.
