The Worst Service In History ????

Rain is just a bunch of lying salesman and woman with their only aim being to chow people money from product sales but soon as they sign you up, you become useless to them.

I bought my R250 unlimited data SIM card on the 8th of July and got it delivered in the next 2 days. Started using their free 7 days trial on the 10th Until the 17th when my unlimited data plan was supposed to kick in. To my surprise, my spent limit was used instead, and this was during the off peak period. I called to ask how that was possible and all I got was that it was a glitch on their system. Since then I’ve called more than 6 times and emailed them and sent chat messages 10 more times with no luck. Everyone of their consultants tells me the same thing that there’s nothing they can do, my ticket is still in queue. What annoys me is that I cannot speak to any of their managers as somehow 24/7 they are always on the phone and unavailable.
