The worst service I received in the mobile/ internet business

I took out a 5G standard month to month wit rain on the 16 September 2022 it was working fine for a whole week on the 23 I had no signal I called them they told me the towers in sunward Park was down I'm currently living in freeway park boksburg and I should optimize signal to other towers close to where I'm living that did not work it's been over a full week and still no signal. So I call yesterday the 27th Sept and I'm told all the towers are down I must just hang in there. The sales lady was so irritated with me when I asked if I will be paying the full R700 month end since I not receiving the service they promised she dropped the phone while I was asking my Question. It's the worst service I received from such a company that doesn't even notify its customers if there is progress on there side or not they leave you out to dry and still take there money. I canceled my service with them.
