The worst service ever . Never again , not to be trusted

The worst ever . I opted for the 5g package and of course the took they money the same day . Within 2 days of receiving the router , I didn’t work I than cancelled the package because it was working . They said they will come and collect their staff month which was the 30th of September, today is the 12th of October and I haven’t heard anything from them . No email , no contact details , all this people are doing is taking our money . The worst service I’ve ever received. All I want this my money back because I cancelled before the 7th , I didn’t even use their data and for them to come and collect what belongs to them . They don’t even deserve a one rating . I would recommend this to anyone ever because I wouldn’t want people to experience this .
