The worst service ever-everyone should cancel their rain subscriptions

To date rain has still not sorted my issue out and their *********** managers and staff have not called me to provide me with any feedback at all. I thought speaking to a manager would help but sorry for me the manager Lebo whom I thought would assist turns out to be like the staff members who report to her. They tell lies and just won't give me the recording of the call I have requested after deducting money that we didn't agree to, no one on their social media account bothers to call back either to assist.
