The worst service ever

I had an issue with my connectivity with RAIN Service Provider where my I would intermittent connectivity issues, this was over 2 weeks ago and I had logged a call with RAIN support directly and my issue was never resolved. Long story short, my issue was never resolved and I complained about it here on Hello Peter on Monday and I was promised my issue would be attended to and until today I am still waiting, so I just wanted to say to anyone that RAIN has the WORST customer service I have ever came accross and wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them. I know that no one will get back to me, there is a standard response to Hello Peter complaints and that's where it ends...Guys do not be fooled, RAIN does not care about the clients, they never get back to client and have the worst customer service ever.
