THE WORST SERVICE EVER....

Rain is the worst Internet service provider ever. Their customer service agents are very unprofessional. I asked for a supervisor and I was told that there is no supervisor available. They treat you like they are doing you a favour for using their services and and they belittle you.

If you want to have your high blood pressure rise join rain. They talk over their customers. They undermine you. They provoke you intentionally so that you can get angry and hang up on you. They refuse to put you through to someone superior. What kind of a work environment is this that does not have a supervisor in the office?

They do not respond to the query on hand. They gaslight you, patronise you and make you feel like an idiot. I am done with rain.
