The worst service ever
I took a 5G contract of R499 on the 15th of June 2022 with rain. It was a total as I haven't used the product for even a month but I had already called them two or three times reporting issues with connection, they kept changing network tower which I found inconveniencing for me. So I canceled on the 6th of July 2022, on the website it states if you cancel within 30 days you will be refunded a certain amount. Till today I haven't received my refund and when I call they keep telling me it has been escalated to their billing department. This is the worst network provider and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
