The worst service ever

I ordered the 5G sim that comes with a router 4 working days it took to be delivered. The sim was delivered on Monday the 9th i got a message that the sim was activated, followed the instructions to insert the sim in the router boom no network emailed rain support with no assistance. Decided to call an agent finished my airtime, 'was told am in good network coverage have to wait 24hours for the network to work'. 48hours past i called again i was told the sane thing 'wait 24hours' the next morning which is today i called again. They said ' they'll request a technician to come was told it takes 24-48hours for a technician to come' of which i had requested but no help at all no help paid money upfront to get wifi. But now we struggling because there's no wifi. The worst service ever. This deserves no star at all. What a roller coaster ride.
