THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have send a complaint on the Rain support page on the 21/07/2020, request ***.Till today no one has respond to my query. As previously mentioned I use this connection to work from and it seems this network are not interested in excellent customer service or service at all for that matter. I will definitely not recommend Rain to anyone, the very same thing happened just as I started with this network about 2 months + ago and also forward a complaint got no response but when I emailed on hello peter, the rain agent called me very quickly the following morning. I was assisted but my problem was never resolved. I am paying for a pathetic service. I have a major deadline and couldn't get anywhere with my work today. I`m looking at another network provider, Rain can clearly not manage all the clients but have no problem deducting the installments at month end, this is ridiculous. I insist Rain give me a rebate on this month installment as a new client for 3 months this is unheard of, to get service like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
