The worst service ever

I have not had connection since the beginning of this week, I have contacted support and there hasn't been any progress nor have they even bothered to send me a reference from my complaint. These are the same people who never sleep, they will debit your account at midnight for a service that they are clearly failing to provide, so many complaints, no decency to respond to anyone, wow, I am really done with them.
