The worst service delivery I have ever experinced

It's impossible to get them to call you back if you have a problem. Although their system claims that's what they will do. If you call them they just never pick up. They falsely advertise that you can get a certain speed of Internet bar you don't. During peak hours they shape you to 10% of your line speed. This is not told to you when you want to sign up. When you sign up they deliver the product at the speed of light but after that your service is non existent. Your sim they promise you is extremely unreliable and people can't get hold of you. I would rather not use that sim. It's not worth the trouble. I'm so disappointed because I cancelled my other unsatisfactory service only to get this even worse product. I see in their reviews I also have a mission from hell cancelling my service. But I will. Come hell or high water. They don't have to do anything to try and keep me. Their service is so bad that I don't have the patience to experience the much improved version of it which can still only be unacceptable. Just avoid them
