The worst of the worst internet service providers

It's possibly the worst of the worst internet service providers. My internet was cut without notification or warning, and my account is not in arrears. When I contact support (someone called "Yassen J") they don't respond, or rather ask a redundant question like "what's your address" - when it's clearly already stated in your enquiry; when you reply, then they disappear... forever.

Their so-called 5G isn't actually 5G. It's so slow, you'd be lucky to get 7 - 10Mbps. They can't be allowed to operate in this country. They're an absolute disaster! I can't wait to rid myself of this colossal nightmare of a network "provider".
