The worst network speeds for 2020. Pathetic service.

This ISP is more interested in growing it's IP than maintaining its existing customers. When I first joined the network which was right at the beginning, speeds were consistent and the signal has always been 100% even up until now, however the speeds are beyond putrid, this is worse than dial up speeds and it's 2020.

I experience speeds on average in the range of 0.03-0.07 Megabits per second. These are speeds from a falsely product as 4G. This is not 4G speeds these are not even 3G, GPRS or dial up speeds, this is simply terrible service. How can a company offering this level of service not be held accountable.

I have complained numerous amount of times and with little to no response or solution offered. I will be switching ISP's even if I have to go the route of a capped alternative and I would advise any and every person against Rain, they are by far the worst service I have ever experienced in my life.
