The worst network providers

hi i have a terrible experience with rain i discovered that i'm still paying for a wifi simcard and router that i no longer use for 2 years now and i cancelled it and started January 2023 they keep deducting money and i've called them thousands of time to fix this but all they say is they will foward it to the billing department BUT NOTHING IS HAPPENING AGAIN THIS MONTH IT DEDUCTED I'M SO ****ED OFF AT RAIN!!!!!
