The worst network provider ever!!!

My partner and I decided to get a rain SIM card as we are writing exams online and thought rain network would make this journey simple for us, I definitely thought wrong!! The SIM card was delivered on the 14th of Jun and till today it’s not working, we have called them every single day for assistance and all we get is “give it 2-24hrs “ it’s been almost 96hours with no help. Rain is too quick to debit money but when it’s time to deliver the service you now have to keep begging them. This is absolutely unacceptable. We are paying not expecting handouts. And now we have to look into getting a plan b as we are beginning our exams on Monday. This is beyond disgusting. I would advise anyone to not even attempt looking into getting rain as their network provider. This experience has been nothing but a pain.
