The worst network in SA

Router was delivered on the 4th and I have been without connection since then and called daily and spoke to multiple agents who could not assist. The last one logged a ticket and I was told after 2 days I must still continue to wait for feedback. I spoke to Ibesh, Hlunga, Phumeza and the last one was the worst as she kept on asking me to hold and speaking over me and that was Sandiswa. She was unhelpful and clueless. Rain has terrible after service
