The worst Network ever and they don’t care who knows it

Rain’s service over the last six months has gone from bad to worst. From worst to pathetic. From pathetic to the lowest quality in SA. Harsh words yes, but trying to navigate anything while connected on Rain networks leaves you with all these frustrations. Painfully slow doesn’t even scratch the surface. It’s a constant battle that leaves the user wanting at every turn. Rain has become one of those tick box companies that doesn’t give a damn about the user experience. You get connection – Box Ticked – But at the Lowest speeds. You get Support – Box Ticked – Not helpful at all, speed remains the same no matter what they try. You get 4G and 5G coverage – Box Ticked – Makes no difference if they can’t maintain any of these. Affordable premium – Box Ticked – For that you rewarded with bad service, bad connection and a bad experience overall. Amazes me how Willem Roos (Former CEO of Outsurance) has his name tied to Rain networks. Chalk and cheese. Worst experience ever, will never recommend Rain Network.
