The worst network

The worst network speeds ever experienced. I just bought the 4g uncapped aim and it will not connect long enough to send a simple WhatsApp message. What a waste of time and ********* business practices, tricking customers to but a product that cannot deliver the service offered. I really need to know the route to take to get this sorted.
