The worst network coverage and turnaround time for resolution

I’ve been experiencing network connectivity problems for the past few weeks, how ever this week has been much worse, when I called Rain I was informed that the tower was down and I there’s no estimated time as to when it’ll be fixed…I so frustrated cause I need to work and have meetings to attend but this network provider doesn’t seem to care
