The worst network

Rain’s 5g network has been incredibly disappointing. In just two months of use, I’ve experienced two major outages—one lasting over 21 hours and another, just three weeks later, lasting more than 48 hours. As someone who works from home, these disruptions have severely impacted my ability to do my job. To make matters worse, Rain’s customer service has been unhelpful and frustrating to deal with. Overall, it has been a terrible experience, and I cannot recommend their service.
