The worst ISP in SA - RAIN Leave pensioner with no internet

My sister who lives alone and app**** for Rain and received the router is still sitting and waiting a week after delivery for someone to come and bring a stronger router in order for the service to work. They have taken her money and she is a pensioner who has been waiting the whole week and has cancelled DSTV and must spend the whole weekend with nothing This is disgusting service and I am absolutely appalled at the level of service. It is typical of ISP in SA, don't bother providing a service that you have already paid for.
