The worst internet service provider in the history!

This is now the second bad review about the same thing! They are fast to call you and ask for payment when you want to sign up but if you are unhappy and would like a refund, then the service is terrible and you have to wait.. I requested a cancelation and a refund earlier this month and my router was collected on the second, delivered to rain on the 3rd,anothony or someone like that signed for it. Called yesterday, 15th of November to follow-up on the progress of the refund, the lady that helped me confirmed that the process has not started yet because no one responded or reacted to the mail requesting a refund at their office.. She said she will follow up... This is once again the worst service ever from rain, I would never recommend anyone to sign up for Rain... Luckily I warned all my friends and family about them already.
