The Worst Internet Service Provider...
Yerr. Rain has proven to be the worst. I paid for a router and then received the order on 26th February. Even today, the SIM has not even been activated. All the support agents say the cannot communicate with the billing department so "...we have to wait...". Their website claim 2 - 24 hours to activate the SIM once received but even on 08th March, I still have to wait.
