The worst internet service provider

I am disgusted at this service provider . I wanted to cancel my services and insisted I pay the month fees even thou the new month has not started . The on top of that the debit order was suppose to go off on the first of every month but rain decided that they were going to change because of the *********** system and make it for the 25th now in that period I had to pay bank charges of up to R350 over and above the debit order . And they don’t want to do anything about even thou I have proof of my previous debit order going of on the first of every month . I am not one to complain but rain is absolutely pathetic . There internet connection is not stable . Every two seconds there is no network or the system is down . I ended up using my phone as a hotspot more times which also cost me more money because of this pathetic service . I would never recommend rain to anyone .
