The worst internet service provider!

Pathetic! I pay for a service that's ALWAYS offline. Their towers are forever down. I've had Rain for a month now and in this month I've had internet for three days max. Pointless having this service provider if I constantly have to buy data for my cellphone and still pay for a service that never works.
