The worst internet provider EVER!

My internet connection was disconnected on the 13th of April, even though payment had been made on the 27th of March. Iv been calling Rain since Sunday trying to the issue resolved, they claim that they are escalating the matter but nothing gets done! Also I keep getting told that the issue can only be sorted out in South Africa, so tell me where exactly is this call centre based then???!!! Its the 3rd day and still nothing!!
